The punk band SMiSK is perhaps best known for their extreme and anarchistic live shows, in addition to their PG-13 femme punk with riot grrrl tendencies and explicit lyrics. An anonymous source described the experience of seeing them live as follows: "Spank leaves no one in the crowd indifferent, a lot of people scared shitless and many left wanting more". Since their launch in 2016, they have played live in Denmark, Norway, Germany and much of Sweden. After an EP and a whole bunch of singles, the highly acclaimed debut album Världens äckligaste rockgrupp was released in 2021, which Nöjesguiden described as "simply the definition of punk" in its review of the album. After a member change and a pandemic, the sequel Salt i såren was finally released last year. Now they are back on the road again and look forward to scaring the shit out of Gothenburgers once more with their disgusting and unpredictable rock music that they call glitter punk.

The Cultural Center Oceanen is a Q-marked culturally historical building, which is challenging when it comes to accessibility. We do our best to have as many people as possible visit us. When visiting us with mobility aids the best-suited entrance is through the stage. This entrance is accessed via Gathenhielmska trädgården. The entrance is locked, please email us the day before your visit or the latest Friday at 16:00 if you are visiting us during the weekend. We have a wheelchair-accessible bathroom.
