La Luz: CANCELLED 

We are sorry to inform you that the concert with La Luz is cancelled. All purchased tickets excluding the service fee will automatically be refunded to your account. 

Your refund will be made to the account that you purchased the ticket/tickets with. In most cases the refund will be paid based on the date that your order was made, however, this depends on your bank. Usually, it will take 3-5 business days for a refund to be made. At the moment we are experiencing a high amount of refund requests – therefore it may take up to 21 days for you to be refunded.
