This year's second edition of Addis-Dakar takes off in Morocco, with the fantastic Nadja Hashem (Restaurang Fatima) in the kitchen. At 6 pm, she serves Moroccan confit and love straight out of our kitchen. And once dinner has been digested (around 8.30 pm), naturally, there will be dancing.
