Josephine Foster [USA]

American artist Josephine Foster is a multi-instrumentalist and singer-songwriter with a unique style that is beautiful, challenging and hypnotic. As part of the somewhat indefinable "new weird America", she has been delivering artistic folk ballads with a slightly eccentric touch and an acclaimed voice for over a decade. Josephine Foster is coming out to Oceanen in May for a performance beyond the boundaries of time and space.

For these two special Swedish concerts Josephine will be joined by Malmö based Spanish guitarist Víctor Herrero, frequent collaborator in Foster's career

Accessibility

The Cultural Center Oceanen is a Q-marked culturally historical building, which is challenging when it comes to accessibility. We do our best to have as many people as possible visit us. When visiting us with mobility aids the best-suited entrance is through the stage. This entrance is accessed via Gathenhielmska trädgården. The entrance is locked, please email us the day before your visit or the latest Friday at 16:00 if you are visiting us during the weekend. We have a wheelchair-accessible bathroom.
